1/4 lb. mushrooms
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, softened at room temperature for several hours
1 T. brandy
6 oz. salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the softened cheddar, then cream it with the brandy. Beat till fluffy.

Chop mushrooms and add to cheese.

Chop the peanuts coarsely in the blender, and spread on a piece of waxed paper. Shape the cheese mushroom mixture into balls, use about 1 tsp. Roll in the peanuts. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
