5 large chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
5 thin slices ham (about 4" X 4")
5 thin slices Swiss cheese (about 4" X 4")
1/3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. Country Mustard Sauce
cocktail rye bread

Heat oven to 350. Place a chicken breast, the boned side up, between 2 pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper. Working from center, gently pound chicken with a rolling pin or flat side of meat mallet until about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Repeat with remaining chicken breast halves.

In small bowl, combine marjoram,thyme and rosemary. Brush flattened chicken with melted butter; sprinkle each piece with herbs. Place ham slice on each chicken piece; top with cheese slice. Starting at short side, roll up each chicken piece; secure with wooden tooth picks. Place chicken rolls in 13" X 9" baking dish; pour chicken broth over chicken rolls.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins. or until chicken is no longer pink. Cover; refrigerate 2-3 hours or until well chilled. Cut rolls into 1/4 inch slices. Spread cocktail bread slices with mustard; top with chicken slices.

Country Mustard Sauce:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. chopped green onions
1 T. horseradish
1/4 c. sour cream
2 T. country style mustard
Blend ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend. Makes 1 cup.
