2 Tbsp water
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp orange peel, zested
1/2 tsp cornstarch
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (or just sliced carrots)

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave vegetables 7-8 minutes or until tender. In a one cup glass bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Microwave 45-60 seconds until clear, thickened and bubbly. Drain vegetables and toss with glaze to coat. Serve hot. A light sweet glaze for a simple vegetable dish.
