1-2 heads broccoli 1 medium head cauliflower 1 small chopped onion 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds 8-10 slices crisp bacon 1 cup raisins (opt) 1 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup sugar 2 Tbsp vinegar
Cut broccoli into small pieces. Add cut up cauliflower and onion. Soak raisins in hot water and drain. Fry bacon until crisp and mix with rest of ingredients. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad. Let stand at least 2 hours.
