1 large loaf unsliced white bread
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crusts off of the bread. Cut into 1" squares.

Heat cheese and butter in double boiler until melted. Remove from heat and fold in beaten egg whites. Dip bread squares into the cheese and put on cookie sheets. I use tongs for the dipping. Refrigerate until set and then freeze.

Bake at 400 for a few minutes.
