2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1-2 T. sugar
2 T. Grand Marnier
1 T. finely grated orange peel (use your zester)
1/4 tsp. orange extract, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in small bow; mix until well blended. Pour into a small crock or pretty dish; cover and refrigerate.

Serve at room temperature. This is especially good spread on ginger snap cookies. You can also use sweet crackers, fresh fruit or banana bread.
