2 - 4 oz cans diced green chilis
1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb jack cheese, shredded
1 cup bisquick mix
3 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1 can chilis, 1/2 the cheese, 1 can chilis, 1/2 the cheese. Mix bisquick, eggs, milk and salt and pour batter over chili/cheese layers. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Quick to fix, and always good.
