1 (32 oz) package of frozen hashbrowns 1/2 cup of melted butter 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup of sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tsp. of salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Partially defrost hash browns. Mix potatoes, butter, cheese, onion, sour cream, salt and soup. Put in greased dish or pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until light brown,approx. 45 minutes.
