4 cube steaks
1-2 onions
box of mushrooms, sliced
beef broth (1 can)
1/4 c.ketchup
salt, pepper & garlic salt
butter
flour

Directions:
Directions:
I prepare this in my electric fry pan.
Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Using a mallet, pound all of the flour into the meat. In frying pan, heat butter and brown the meat on both sides. I also brown the onions and mushrooms about 5 mins. Combine the broth and ketchup together and pour over the meat and onions. Cover and cook over low heat for about 45 mins.

This is my version of Swiss steak. I serve this with mashed potatoes or the mashed potato-carrot recipe. YUM!!
