24 large fresh mushrooms
1/4 - 1/2 cup sliced green onion
2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain mushrooms. Remove stems. Reserve caps. Chop stems very fine to make about 1 cup. IN a sauce pan, cook stems, onion and garlic in butter till tender. Stir in bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon mixture into caps. Arrange mushrooms on a baking pan. Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
