1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Reserve for topping
1 T. toasted sesame seeds
2 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions until transparent. Mix together remaining ingredients. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Place 1/4 - 1/3 cup mixture in each muffin tin. Top with melted butter and sesame seeds.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
