1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
1/2 lb. sharp shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
8 medium green pepppers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, onion and garlic until browned. Add chili powder, salt, pepper and tomato soup; simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Add cheese and rice; heat until cheese melts. Cool.
Cut pepper tops off and remove seeds. Cook in boiling salted water until barely tender, about 3 - 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Place peppers on baking sheet. Spoon rice mixture into peppers. Place in freezer until frozen. Remove; wrap and label. Return to freezer.
To serve: Place partially thawed peppers on baking sheet. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 400 oven 45 minutes or until hot.
