1 lb. chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 oz. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. powdered ginger
2 T. dried onion
1/2 c. bourbon whiskey
2 T. white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything, except for the chicken, together in a bowl. Add the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight if possible.

Place chicken in pan in a single layer. Bake the chicken in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Baste often. Remove the chicken from the oven and place in a serving dish. Scrape the pan juices into a skillet. Add in the wine, stirring while heating it. Pour over the chicken.
