2 c. Flour
2/3 c. Oil [Butter Oil is best]
1/3 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour with Salt, stir in Oil with a fork or pastry blender, add Milk and lightly mix just to incorporate [do not over mix]. Chill. Roll out between sheets of wax paper. Bake according to pie recipe.
