Crust Dough:
1 - 3 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Margarine or Butter
1 c. Flour, Sifted
Filling:
1 Egg
1/2 tsp. Butter Flavoring
Dash Salt
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 T. Soft Margarine or Butter
2/3 c. Pecans

Directions:

Crust:
Mix together cream cheese, Margarine/Butter, Flour and chill dough 1 hour. Divide dough into 2 dozen 1" balls. Push into mini-muffin cups and fill with 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. Filling.
Filling:
Mix Egg, Butter Flavoring, Salt, Brown Sugar, Vanilla, Margarine or Butter, and Pecans.

Bake filled crusts 25 Minutes at 350

This is from my Mom, Vena and it came from the Weese family or one of her friends? These freeze well and can be doubled, tripled. Excellent Holiday Cookie recipe and for gifts.
