1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. pastry flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter and water into sauce pan. When mixture boils, add flour and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from the stove and add unbeaten eggs one at a time, mixing each egg thoroughly before adding another.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and form into mounds about 2" wide a 1 1/2" high and about 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake at 425 for 35 minutes. Cut opening in side and fill with whipped cream.
