Boneless Beef Brisket
2 cans beer
2 pkgs. Au Jus Mix (French Dip)
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk beer and dry Au Jus Mix together. Pour over meat in baking pan, cover tight, and bake slow, (5-6 hours), at 250-300. When done, take out and cut any fat off, wrap back up and chill. Save some of the Au Jus for later. Take out and slice. Heat the Au Jus when cooked and pour over beef slices, or serve with your favorite BBQ sauce or gravy.
If you don't chill the meat after cooking, it will fall apart as it will be very tender.
