1/2 lb. gr. beef
1/2 lb. gr. pork
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
1 cup flour
salt and pepper to tast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef and pork together. Add eggs, onions, pepper and flour. Then add milk a little at a time.
Mix thoroughly, let stand for 3 hours. Before frying, add some salt and mix. Brown in lard or other like browing ingredient.. Drop large tablespoons into frying pan.
After all meatballs are browned, remove to heated dish and make gravy.
