Ingredients:  
3/4 C sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 C. hot water
6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
few drops yellow food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch in 2-quart saucepan. Slowly add hot water. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until thick and clear. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Cool, and serve over gingerbread. To make yellow, add food coloring
