4 ripe bananas
1 apple, diced
1/2 C. maraschino cherries
1/2 C. flaked coconut

Directions:
Cut oranges first. When peeling orange, hold over bowl so all juice will remain in bowl. Be sure to cut sections deep enough to remove all membrane from orange.
Peel bananas, and slice over oranges. Dice the apple in very small pieces, and add to mixture. Add cherries, coconut and salt. Toss lightly, and garnish with additional coconut and a few chopped pecans. This is much better if made several hours ahead of time.
