Crust:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 sticks butter

Filling:
1 lg. pkg. chocolate pudding
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding

Topping:
1 lg carton Cool Whip
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crust by melting butter. Mix with pecans and flour. Bake at 400 till light brown. Prepare chocolate and vanilla pudding according to directions in separate bowls. Layer crust with vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding, and topping mixture. Grate a chocolate bar on top. Chill in ice box.
