Directions:
Wash squash. Pierce whole squash with tip of sharp knife in several places to allow steam to escape. Place squash on microwaveable paper towel in microwave oven. Microwave uncovered on high 4 to 6 minutes until squash is hot and rind is firm but easy to cut through; cool slightly. Carefully cut in half; remove seeds. Arrange squash halves, cut side down, on microwaveable plate. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave 5 to 8 minutes or until squash is tender when pierced with tip of sharp knife. Let stand covered 1 minute. Season with brown sugar and butter.
