3/4 c. self rising flour
1 egg
1 pkg vanilla pudding (not the instant)
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 qt. sliced peaches
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and beat flour, egg, pudding, milk and butter. Pour batter into a 10" greased baking dish. Drain sliced peaches (saving the syrup). Place peaches on top of batter. Combine and beat cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Spoon mixture on top of peaches within 1 1/4" of edge; sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 30 - 35 minutes.
