1 c. rice (prepare according to box)

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.
Stir in cooked rice.
Pour in baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350 until custard forms on top and slightly brown.

This recipe came from my sweet grandmother Laura McEntyre. She did not measure when she cooked. Since this was one of my favorites, I asked her to let me watch her make it so we could estimate the amount of the ingredients. Mine is not as good as hers, but it is close.
