3 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. fresh buttermilk
1 c. Crisco oil
1 can coconut (small)
1/2 oz. coconut flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix flour and sugar, add buttermilk, eggs and oil. Mix. Add coconut and flavoring. Mix well. Pour into well greased bundt or tube pan. Bake at 400 for 10 min. Immediately turn oven down to 350. Bake35 - 40 min. (put small corning ware bowl of water in oven when baking cake)

Glaze
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 oz. coconut flavoring
Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add flavoring. Leaving cake in pan, pour glaze on hot cake and let sit for 30 minutes. Remove cake from pan.
