1 cup ripe tomatoes, cut fine
1 cup green peppers, cut fine
1 cup onions, cut fine
1 tbsp prepared mustard
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp Worchester sauce
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first six ingredients together until real thick. Add Worchester sauce and salt, mix, then seal in hot jars.

This is a great way use tomatoes that getting too ripe. Can be made in a small or large amount. For hot relish, add a little hot pepper.
