4 Small pkgs. [3 oz.] Cream Cheese, softened
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Sugar
Crust:
1 cube Butter, softened
12-16 Graham Crackers
Topping:
1 carton Sour Cream
1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Berry Glaze:
1 c. Fresh Berries, mashed
1/2 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/3 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Crush Grahams, stir in melted cube of Butter, press into pie plate or cheesecake pan. Cream together: Cream Cheese, 1/2 c. Sugar, & 2 Eggs. Pour into prepared Crust and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 1 Hour [Important]. Mix Sour Cream, 1/2 c. Sugar, & Vanilla, pour over cooled Cheesecake and return to oven to bake 15-20 minutes longer.
Berries: Blend 1/2 c. Sugar, Cornstarch, and Water, mix in Berries and cover over medium heat bring to boil and simmer for one minute. Let cool.
When cake is completely cooled, serve with fresh berry glaze.
