10 oz. frozen broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. quick-cooking rice (uncooked)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In med. saucepan cook broccoli and onions in boiling water for five minutes. drain well.
In bowl, ix chicken soup, milk, water, and shredded cheese. Stir in uncooked rice and drained broccoli-onion mixture.
Turn into a 1 qt. casserole.
Bake uncovered in a 350 oven for 45 minutes, stirring once. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
