1/4 c. sugar
5 c. water
1 12-oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 12-oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1-1/2 c. peach flavored schnapps
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 2-liter bottle ginger ale, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, mix sugar and 2 cups of the water. Heat to boiling and boil for three minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a large non-metal freezer container, blend juice concentrates, remaining 3 cups of water, schnapps, and lemon juice. Stir in sugar mixture. Cover and freeze at least 8 hours or overnight, stirring 2-3 times after 2 hours, until frozen.
To serve, spoon 1/2 cup slush mixture into each glass. Add about 1/3 cup ginger ale to each, and stir gently.
