Holly is the husband of Amy (Sanders) Hollenshead and the son of the late Harold and Virginia (Pope) Hollenshead. He is the grandson of the late Marvin Stephens & "Lena" (Wade) Hollenshead. The marinade in this recipe is also good on pork tenderloin or boneless chicken breasts. This is a wonderful recipe I hope you enjoy.
