2 cups sifted flour
2 bars of butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
apples peeled, cored and cut into small wedges
Cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour sugar, baking powder. Cut butter into flour mixture until crumbly. Add egg and vanilla and mix until smooth. Spread dough on to sheet pan (coated with butter). Place apple on dough and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350 45 minutes or a little longer if needed.
