Pkg. of paper cupcake holders
Box of vanilla wafers
2 - 8 ounces cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling


Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 vanilla wafer flat side down in paper cup cake holder. Recipe makes between 18 - 24.
Mix until creamie: cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Fill cupcake holders between 1/2 and 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 - 20 minutes. Cool cupcakes. Place about a tablespoon of cherry pie filling on each.
