2 Tbsp margarine
3 Tbsp flour
1 C milk
10 3/4 oz can chicken broth
3 Tbsp white wine or beer
1/4 tsp salt
4 oz (1 C) processed American cheese
1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 drop hot sauce
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, stir in flour gradually. Add milk and chicken broth. Stir until thickened slightly. Add wine or beer, Worchestershire sauce, hot sauce and salt. Add cheese.
