2 C warm water
2 yeast cakes or 2 Tbs yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C shortening
6 1/2 C flour (about)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, knead until smooth, make into any shape rolls you prefer. Let raise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake 375 for 15 to 20 minutes. NOTE: For sweet rolls add 1/2 C more sugar.
