Ingredients:  
1 pound Johnsonville pork sausage; 1/2 thing bok choy or Chinese cabbage; 1/2 c. bean sprouts or Chinese veggies; 1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped; 4 green onions, sliced; 3 mushrooms, chopped; 2 or 3 egg crepes, shredded; ginger, garlic powder, soy sauce and Lawry's to taste; 1 T. peanut butter; small egg roll wrappers.

Mix all but the egg roll wrappers. Roll 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture into wrappers. Deep fry thoroughly.
