2 green peppers, chopped
2 medium onions chopped
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce 1 stick butter or margarine
garlic pepper
salt and pepper
Shrimp, steamed and peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan or pot. Saute onions and green peppers in butter. Season with garlic pepper. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. When sauce has cooked down some. Add the steamed peeled shrimp. Serve over rice with hushpuppies.

This recipe is just like my hot sauce, without the crushed hot peppers. I sometimes use the leftover hot sauce minus the sausages and adding the shrimp for this dish
