2 lbs fish
1 cup flour
zest of lemon
cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking soda or 3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 inch oil in pan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients but the fish. Heat oil to 360. Dip fish in batter. Cook fish for total of 5 minutes with turning.
