1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter
6 oz Angel Flake coconut
1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1- 6 oz carton Cool Whip whipped topping
1- 12 oz jar caramel ice cream topping
2- 6 oz graham cracker pie crusts

Directions:

Melt butter on cookie sheet at 275. Add pecans and coconut. Stir every 5 minutes until brown. Set aside to cool. Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and Cool Whip. Divide half of mixture between the two crusts. Top with half of the coconut mixture. Drizzle caramel over top. Repeat the procedure, ending with the coconut mixture and caramel topping. Freeze. Take out of freezer 2 hours before serving and put into refrigerator.
