1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup mushrooms
3 tbsp butter
1 lb boiled shrimp
1 cup cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
White sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. On medium heat, combine white sauce ingredients. Stir then pour into a casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cook at 350 for 1 hour.
