3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. light Karo syrup
dash of salt
1 to 1/2 c. pecans
9" pie shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 to 50 min. or until inserted knife comes out clear.

Bethany is the wife of Justin Andreas, the daughter of Hugh & Joy (Hollenshead) Hasley & the granddaughter of Virginia (Rogers) Hollenshead & the late John Hollenshead. This recipe comes from an aunt in my Dad's family, whose husband is diabetic.
