10 eggs 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 pint cottage cheese 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 cup melted butter 8 ounce can of diced green chilies
Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 9X13 pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cheeses, and butter to egg mixture. Mix until blended. Stir in green chilies and pour into pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until firm.
