8 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounce can of diced green chilies
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 hashbrown patties
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan and line with hashbrown patties. Salt and pepper the patties. Sprinkle green chilies, bacon, and cheese over hashbrown patties.

Beat eggs and milk together and pour over mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until firm.
