3 sticks of butter
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
6 eggs
3 c. cake flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add vanilla, salt, and eggs. Stir thoroughly. Add cake flour one cup at a time. Beat it by hand after each cup of flour. Spoon mixture into a tube pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 1 1/2 hr @ 325.
