3 cups thin sliced pared zucchini 1 cup Bisquick 1/2 cups finely chopped onion 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 2 T parsley 1/2 t salt 1/2 t seasoned salt 1/2 t oregano dash pepper 1 t garlic powder 1/2 cup oil 4 beaten eggs
Grease 13 by 9 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together. Spread into pan. Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Let stand about 10 minutes. Cut into bars.
