1 lb. ground beef (low fat)
1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup minced onion
1/4 cup milk
2 T catsup
2 t horseradish
2 t mustard
1 egg
1 T snipped parsley
1 t salt
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, first. Then mix in all the other ingredients. Mix with hands. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs in 1/4 cup shortening. Remove meatballs from skillet.
Pour out any remaining shortening. Heat a 12 ounce bottle of chili sauce in skillet with a 10 ounce jar of grape jelly. Stir until jelly is melted and mixed in the chili sauce. Add several meatballs and stir until coated. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Meatballs can be placed in crock pot. Pour chili grape jelly sauce over meatballs.
