1 #2 can artichokes
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 can be Parmigiano Reggiano, if available
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (sm.) can green chiles

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Bake in a 375 oven for 20 min. Serve warm with tortilla or other chips.
