2 T Butter
1 T flour
1 t salt
1 t garlic powder
dash pepper
1/4 t paprika
2 T chili powder
1 t sugar
1 T vinegar
1/2 cup water
3/4 c chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 - 2 lbs. of cooked shrimp
rice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and flour in large pan. Add salt, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, chili powder, sugar, vinegar, and water. Saute chopped peppers, onion, and celery in some butter and add to the rest. Add tomatoes. Cook and stir frequently about 20 minutes. Add cooked shrimp. Pour Creole over rice.
