6 pork chops sautéed 1 green pepper chopped 1 onion chopped 1/2 cup mushrooms 4 T butter salt & pepper to taste 1 can chicken rice soup 2 T flour 1 cup of cooked rice 1/3 c orange juice
Saute pork chops lightly. Saute peppers, onion, mushrooms in butter. Add soup, salt, butter, and flour to thicken. Add precooked rice, and orange juice. Place in casserole dish. Place sautéed pork chops on top. Cover casserole dish and bake 40- 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
