1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3-4 celery stalks, chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 boiled eggs, chopped
mayonnaise
grapes-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients but chicken together with 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Boil, debone, and cut chicken into small chunks. Stir chicken into mixture and add mayonnaise to desired thickness. Best if allowed to refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers or on croissants.
