1 - 2 cups of blueberries
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup of sugar
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t soda
1/2 t salt
juice of an orange
grated rind of an orange
2 T butter melted
1/2 c boiling water
1 cup pecans with 1/4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix water, butter, and orange juice and rind into dry ingredients. Sprinkle the berries with the 1/4 cup of flour. Stir berries in to the batter slowly so not to crush the berries. Place in a large loaf pan.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
